Earlier this week, the prefecture of Hauts-de-France has published the new limits of the ZPA-environmental zone. The news was followed by the indignation of the inhabitants of the region because it could have negative economic effects. Critics think that especially the construction sector would be punished as small and medium companies usually do not have money to invest into new vehicles.
